Gracie's Christening Day

A scrapbook page of my Grandaughter Gracie's Christening Day on the 6th June 2010..
I was asked if I would make her dress and of course I jumped to the chance ..it was made in cream
wild silk and antique lace ..I then hand sewed tiny little beads onto the lace ...Gracie looked beautiful !
The page has the silk , lace and beads added as a reminder for Gracie's children !!!!

Thought you might like to see my craft room ...this was Martin's office he wasn't using it so I threw him out ha ha !!!!..he now has my desk in the dining room and I have a craft room whoop !!!
Its a lovely sunny room over looking the garden ..I'm a lucky girl !!!!

1946

The 2nd of my pages done at Barjanb Crafts ...This is my Mum & Dad's Wedding Day 21st September 1946 ...which will make it there 66th Wedding Anniversary this year !!! The journal is on the tag and also on the back of the page .......I'm now rummaging for all the old photo's !!!! so different to digital scrap-booking ...2 wonderful ways to keep those precious memory's alive !!!

Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful time ...My page is of my 2 children Jaime & Daniel when they were 6yrs & 3yrs old (now in there 30s )!!!!...I made a secret journal which is behind the photo...I have to say I love it !!!

Another of my favorite pages ...the background was a photo I took on one of
the walks near our village ...the beautiful little girl is one of my cousins step-daughter...I think
everything else just worked really well in this page .

Gracie May

My beautiful grand-daughter Gracie May...the photo in the background was taken on one of my
dog walks it was full of blue flowers...the photo of Gracie was taken on a series of shots as she was running towards me..I then took them into the graphics program and had great fun putting this together.

Steampunk card

I originally made this card for my daughter ..I made a stamp of the dress and embossed it then cut out to make a 3D effect...the sheet music was from an old music book torn and added as a
layer.. .then I took a photo and took it into my graphics program added some layers and overlays

Bath time

My sisters 2 little gran-daughters having a great time ...I have added mask's and overlays to this and very pleased with the results..

Book Worm

I sent this Fantasy page into Create & Craft when Serif had a show and I was delighted when it was shown on tv...this is Thomas my grandson he was thrilled to know his photo has been on tv....

Age of steam

This is my favorite scrap-booking page ...we had a day out on the train ...I took these 2 photo's and
blended them together ..which turned out really well ..I would like to put this onto a large canvas one day !!!

60th Birthday

I was asked to make a 60th Birthday card for this lady ....the bow and speech balloon were hybrid ...I was told the lady loved her card ...which made me a happy crafter !

Lili Rose

the 24th October 7lb 3oz ....Jaime had a emergency Cesarean section very stressful 2 days but all ok now ...
